Since april 2009, Hibiki Ito, who worked at the Itoshin Restaurant for 10 years as the head chef , has reworked this magical place with a touch of his own to make it even more appealing to our guests. For those who has been to the place before will find new things on the new menu but still see the old favorites. And everyone new to the place can discover the diverse and creative work of art produced by the chef, Hibiki.
