Directions (driving on Pacific Motorway from Brisbane)

-Travel along Pacific Motorway toward Gold Coast and take Exit 79 (Robina Town Centre/Mudgeeraba Exit)

-At roundabout take 5^th exit heading to Mudgeeraba Village (this is the bridge over the motorway)

- At next roundabout take 1^st exit onto Railway St Mudgeeraba

- At next roundabout take exit onto Route 99 Springbrook Rd (aka Gold Coast Springbrook Rd) This road changes to Franklin Dr for 500metres and then becomes Springbrook Rd again.

- Stay on Springbrook Road for 3.5 km (2 mins)

- You are very close when you see the Windmill Restaurant and K9 dog kennels on the right.

Tokonoma 442 is the second property on the right after you see the turnoff to the War Museum.
